Looking good so far! I did the same, with the baggies and index cards. I also have a bunch of boxes for each are where the parts are from.

Doing a little target practice while working on the truck looks like a good sized caliber---can't wait to get to my next place so I don't have to pack everything into the truck to go shoot
Moving right along on your progress---Are you going to strip down the frame and rust treat it

Those cab mounts look fine to me. Yeah, they are different that what I have in my project thread, but it looks like they'll work.

Re: '67 F100 stepside - cab corner replacement - pics
I thought I'd document how I did this - as you cannot buy the inner corners - and this might help someone as I could find no hints on the best way of doing this. Now remember - I have no metal working experience - so i am not saying this is the right/best way of doing this - but this seems to have worked for me.
this is what i started with (other side)
i decided to butt weld - as i knew i could get to both sides - I took the cut too the point of good metal and since the replacement part did not fit exactly - just shy of the mold line.

Re: '67 F100 stepside - cab corner replacement
I then welded and ground both side
I made the inner corners from the left over outer corner - I flattened it with the BFH
- for the beading on the original inner corner - i cut back to good metal and then slit the beads and flattened to give me an edge to butt weld.
I epoxied all the insides to give them some protection before welding on the inner corner.
I shaped the edges over a wooden table and a stone paver

Re: '67 F100 stepside - full resto project storyboard
I continued shaping till I was happy with the fit and then welded up
I kept on welding until all pin holes had been sealed and then ground down
