Thank for the replys and even the maybees. I am just glad this is starting to fly.

Nikon4U. Thanks for coming over again and making the loft almost livable. You truly have good vision to see things that dont exist yet and make it a reality. Ran some plumbing and started to build the framing around the bath. Ran water lines up to the loft sink. Planned for gable power vents. Must have drilled a hundred studs yesterday.

I feel like Steve Martin in the movie "The Jerk", when the new phone book arrived. :D
The Swap Meet Vendor packet arrived today.
I scanned it up for anyone wanting to check it out. We can start setting up at 1 pm on Friday. The meet is open at 5 am on Saturday and ends Sunday at 4 pm. Time is drawing near. Looking forward to meeting all who can attend.

Looks like your gonna need more authorized space to list the permitted vendors. I know im bringing a lot of sheet metal to sell. I belive im gonna have a complete front clip minus the grille and valance. The grillie i have is in almost perfect condition just has one small bb size dent on a headlight door. Other than the normal scratches from years of use. I also will have the doors to sell if i dont sell any of these items to a coworker that just got a 69 custom cab.

robert, do we need to pm you our info so it can be on the registration form? i see there is a form for that. also, most of the stuff i have is small and so it wont take up too much room. we really need to get together before this and work out the logistics of this thing since there are going to be several of us vending out of one spot.-chris

he probably will need all of us who even want to sit at the stand while the others go hunting for parts. thats what i saw. so if you plan on helping in any way that would probably be smart to put your names the form too.

ok he can have my name it's Robert Jewkes. if they need more then let me know.

also i thought we would be one big vendor but would do it like a block yard saale where our forum names would go on our items with our asking price.

then as it got sold we would mark down the item the user name and price then at the end of the day both dasys or at the end of the whole weekend we would sit down devi it up according to who sold what minus the donation(s) to the site.

looks like even to sit in the shade at the space or to place our bought items there our names have to be on tthe agreement.

We may need to call and ask if a sheet of fax/printer paper with the extra people will work or if they limit you to the 3-5 i see on the photobucket page.

I see a little concern over the names on the authorized seller list. I read the rules a few times and cant find anyplace where we are limited to a certain number. If you would like, print the form out and put your name on it if you are attending, bring it with you, and I'll just attach the sheets to the main form when I sign in to the meet. I really dont see a problem having multiple people in a spot. It looks like they just want to account for anyone in the spot to make sure they belong there and are not scouting to steal other people's items.

probably so my only concern was to follow their rules to the fullest.
