My 69 is Wimbledon White/Reef Aqua color combo. My wheels are currently white. Is Wimbledon White the correct color or is a semi gloss black correct?

I don't remember seeing factory black rims.
Unless maybe with a full wheelcover ?
But it's your truck make it how you like it .
Mine usually end up black or body color.

Fair enough. Didn't think about black wheels probably being with full wheel covers. Just seen a lot of versions online and was surprised to see no accepted standard. So white it is.

Re: 1969 F100 wheel color
As far as I can say, I haven't seen a Ford truck with factory paint other than white or black. Older rims with innie caps seem to be black and newer ones are white, however there may be some overlap with that. The rims were painted by the suppliers, whatever they used would be installed as supplied, by '69, I think they were just an "Appliance white". When you have a tire off the rim, the inside is probably as close as you can find to the orig. shade (unfaded).
Some passenger cars had the rims painted body colour, and a very few F series trucks, (Ranger XLT with decor package) had their hubcap centers painted.

Wimbledon White is an off-white. As far as I know, the wheels are just white like "appliance white" as mentioned.

Re: 1969 F100 wheel color
I did look through all that. Did not find anything definitive. But I believe the wheels have their original paint after a very close inspection. So I am going to repaint them white again.

The wheels on your truck should be Wimbleton White. My truck was purchased new by my Dad and I’ve owned it for 47 years. The truck and wheels are Wimbleton White.

Thank you for that. This is where I have landed also. I bought the truck from the original owner. So I am pretty sure they were right. But someone had painted them with what looked like a paint brush. So wanted to double check.
