It’s pretty tight. The rivet heads inside the hanger need to be flattened out and the bolt hole drilled to accept a super duty bolt size. You can choose to cut the military wrap off and stuff it in there which is what I did.

There’s a seller on eBay that manufactures a front crossmember for highboys to accept superduty springs with no cutting involved other than removing the old crossmember and bolting his into place.

If only I had seen his set up before I did mine I would of rather have gone that route.
