New from Down Under!

Post by WalshJR100 »

Hey everyone,

Names James, new to the forum.
Love the site and have been meaning to jump on board the forum for a while now.
Better late then never!

Purchased a 1971 SWB F100 a few years ago and have been slowly chipping away at a full, frame off restoration.
Truck was built right here in Australia at the ford factory in Victoria, having had a few upgrades in its long life.
Now currently runs a 351 Cleveland also built down year, pulled from what I can determine via the block number was a 1971 ford fairlane.
Behind the motor sits a C10 transmission (modified/upgraded C4). Disc brakes have also been added up front.

Anyway I hope to show you all my progress and share/ gain a bit of knowledge through the process.

Thanks for having me.

James

Welcome Mate!
That is a super engine.
Set some pics up for us, when you have the notion.
