Mystery Part ID

Here's a mystery part that came out of the box of parts for the 71 F100 360 build.

Can anyone ID this for me?

That is the throttle return spring bracket. Mounts to the intake manifold at the coil mount. That one looks like it has been beat flat, mine is angled from the bolt along the line visible in yours, corresponds to the lip on manifold boss.

I think I see the bend area you are talking about. Is it bent at the line I have drawn? How many degrees do you think?

I'll line it up on the manifold to see if I can make sense of it.

I haven't tried fitting the bracket to the intake yet but I found this online... It's flat like mine.

I saw #9741 in the diagram section but it's not quite like mine.

I test fit it on the intake. I think I see what you were saying about it matching the lip on the intake. The corner should be bent up?
