Unfortunately we had a couch delivered and the driver hit the '72 (thanks for not telling me ) and damaged the grille and headlight door.
Ive looked around but it seems like the reproductions are not available at this time. Im not sure it will be economical to fix. Cost wont be an issue as either they are going to be paying it or the insurance.

That would require some special talent to repair, meaning I don't see it looking anywhere close to nice. DC, Mac's, LMC, or NPD carries them but I believe DC makes them. May have to wait till they make another run.
There's a few floating around Ebay. Not perect but a daily driver quality. Replacement doors/bezels too.

I think the furniture company thinks their going personally fix my truck with parts they find with their tools. That's not gonna happen on my watch.
Their gonna bring the delivery truck down to try and match up the damage.
I know how hard it is working with any kind if trim or grille. Now I'll just have to wait until they do another run

Dennis carpenters has finaly fixed the die and now have new grills inserts and headlight doors in stock. I just bought all of the above and they are super nice.
Words of wisdom. Dont sweat the petty things and dont pet the sweaty things...
Thanks for the replies, this has been a nightmare to deal with. Fortunately the truck had comprehensive insurance on it ( almost all my other vehicles that don't run have the same
which protects against vandals and other damage) although it didn't have collision.
The freight company when they looked at the picture asked me "what damage?" I wanted to say, "what do you mean you #@$%*&^ #$% hat". Now they want to see pictures of the truck. Not much to look at for the last year, the service body is sitting in my garage waiting for paint.
Why can't anyone appreciate someone's vehicle. I haven't even had a chance to drive it since I built the new gauge cluster and swapped fuel injection on it.
My apologies for my ramblings.
