Can’t remove headers?

My starter went out. So, I unbolted the flow tech long tube header from passenger side. This created enough room to remove the starter but I cannot figure out how to get the header out from the truck unless lifted the engine up. Any tricks to this?

Some of those long tube headers dont come out unless you lift the engine up a bit. On my 4x4 I had unbolt the engine from the trans and lift it halfway out of the truck before the headers would come out.
