Can anyone tell me can you just remove the transfer case from a 1991 f150 4x4 and put a slip yoke on output shaft to use as a rear wheel drive?
If so what slip yoke will work ?

Welcome to our site.
You'll have to put a 2wd tail housing output shaft on your transmission , which means you'll have to remove and disassemble yours ,
or swap for a 2wd one.

In general, it is not possible to change a married 4x4 into a 2wd, or vice versa, by swapping housings, etc. simply because the output shafts themselves are also different between 4x4 and Rwd.
Unmarried units usually can be converted just by changing the tail housing or plugging the speedometer hole.
