Weight of 1968 motorhome F350 dually

Post by socalcraigster »

So I’m looking to tow this motorhome but don’t know it’s weight.

It’s a Open Road Camper 1968 with Ford F-350.
They call it the Porch Model. Pictures on internet. It’s about 19 feet.

Any opinions or knowledge of its approximate weight would be helpful.

Thank you.

My big dually with the aluminum bed and 6bt Cummins is 6400lbs with me in it. Camper should be similar, depending on what shape the camper is in. if it's water logged then it'll be heavier.

Heavy. I have a 1971 Open Road and the camper boxes added a lot of weight to an already hefty cab and chassis. I don't have an exact number, but it's got to be north of 6000lbs.

Does it have the drop down patio like mine?
