I am in Hiawassee Ga. I am an old Ford guy and now that I'm living in the mountains I feel the need for a nice old truck.
Looking for a clean rust free truck. AC is a nice plus. 4WD is a home run...

Welcome to the forum neighbor. We have a place halfway between Suches and Blue Ridge.
I’ve got my grandfather’s old 72 longbed stripped down in my shop right now, beside a 68 Cougar also mid-restoration.
My best friend up in McCayesville bought a 66 this year that he’s starting on when the weather warms up.
Will keep my eye out for anything up for sale when I’m in town.

Funny, I am in the middle of a 67 Comet restomod build right now, something about the mountains makes me want old sheet metal. I just sold a built '14 Caddy CTSV wagon, yesterday. It was too new to rumble around in here.

from Jasper! My truck was stolen from the Walmart parking lot in Ellijay in March 2006. In May 2007 it was located at a towing service in Hiawassee. I think it was Turpins. Drove up there, poured some gas in the carb, jumped her off and drove her home. Welcome neighbor!
