Luke's Customs
I currently design and manufacture paintball parts and markers but have been thinking about developing a line of 67-72 F100 parts. Some engine parts can be used across various Ford cars and trucks. Parts will be small batch runs so that will be reflected in pricing, competing with China and the big outfits like Summit, Jegs and others is not my goal. The goal is to simply fill a void I see in the market with quality designed and manufactured parts. I'm just going to test the market and see if there's an interest then go from there.
First to market is a thermostat housing for a 289, 302, 351. These are very low profile to clear the timing chain cover and water pump. From my estimation it's the lowest profile ever made for the SBF. I believe they will also work on the 50oz imbalance engines but I dont have anything to test them on. My research shows that they all use the same gasket so it leads be to believe they will.
Kit includes everything shown in the pictures below.
Machined from 6061 billet.
O rings are common Buna-N orings available everywhere, sizes are engraved inside the housing if you ever need to replace them.
All housings include a sensor port with a 3/8 NPT threaded hole.
Pricing includes Priority Mail Shipping. $95
Message me if you're interested, thanks

Re: Luke's Customs
Engine parts wont really be the focus, at the moment all I have are the thermostat housings and I could also sell the emission hole head plugs if there was interest.
Mostly what I had in mind were interior parts and perhaps hood hinges and stuff like that.
Here are the head plugs, nothing special but it may be something people want.

If there's any interest I could make and sell brake 'pedal to master cylinder bushings'. All I could find were $10 plastic ones on ebay so I made a brass one for myself. The aluminum ones were prototypes but I'm sure they would work too.
