Here’s how I primed the engine. Worked great, got just over 20 psi.

I noticed on the old motor that the fan and pulley were blue. Where those parts originally blue? Asking because my fan is black now.

Starting to get her back together.
Think I need to come down another couple inches in the front.
Moved the battery to the driver’s side so I could use all the factory LS cables.

Awesome you got it running. It's a wild setup you got going there. I don't know if the 289 single snorkel would let it breath enough....

All I lack now is getting a driveshaft made, and finishing the wiring for the exterior lighting.

The battery tray is Allstar Performance part 76100. I did have to modify it a bit.
