I have rebuilt a 302 that is going back into my 69 F 100 I was told to cut the headers in between the port so that way you can synch down each port with out warping the exhaust manifold. Has any one ever done this and what was the out come. My thought is to do it like a stock manifold by starting in the middle and working your way out. Thank you for any information that is passed along.
