Inner fender differences?

So I'm looking at replacing the passenger side inner fender in my truck due to rust. I'd prefer to find a used fender, but was checking out the usual suspects for new replacement parts as well. When I got to LMC truck I noticed they list two different right side inner fenders for these trucks.

Page 13 of the current LMC Truck catalog:
49-8645 (13) INNER FENDER-RH
49-8707 (14) INNER FENDER-RH W/BIG BLOCK

Application for both listing is "F100 F250 67-72"

Never seen a reference on this board to there being two styles of inner fenders, but it's raising a concern in my parts hunting. My truck was originally (and still is) an FE truck, the 70 body it's wearing was originally an FE truck as well. Do I need to be searching for a particular style of right hand inner fender, or will any 67-72 right hand inner fender do?

If all are the same, why would LMC list a different inner fender for "big block" applications? Only thing I can think of is possibly 460 swaps since they weren't originally installed in this body style. but I can't see why they would offer a special fender for engine swaps.

I have bought 2, one for each side of my 1970 F-100, from MACS who in turn got them from Dennis Carpenter @ 199.99 each. They are listed as aprons if you go on line for either of these companies. Another source for some items believe it or not is Summit Racing. I have called both DC and Summit and have had great results both times from very helpful folks. Hope this helps.

There are a lot of places to buy these inner fenders/aprons/liners, that's not the question. I'm looking for used anyway.

The question is about there being two listings for the right side and one being for big block applications. First place I've come across this. Just wanting to know if it's something I actually need to be concerned about while hunting for a used fender for my FE equipped truck.

My truck came with a 302, I've swapped in a 390 and don't have any problems. I got the 390 from my parts truck and didn't see any difference.

Thanks, that's the kind of thing I needed to hear. Don't know anyone local with a factory small block or I6 truck to compare to.

That is baffling to me. I've never seen any notation for inner fender unless it was driver's side with Onan power generator. Fwiw my truck came with a 240 , had been swapped to 352, now a 460. I don't see how that would affect anything.

I just my copy of LMC's catalog and also noticed this weird offering of big block passenger inner fender. Inner fenders are on my purchase list as well so it jumped out at me. I also agree the only reference to different inner fenders would be the same as 71cc said, if it was equipped with an Onan Power Pack.
