FE Valve Cover Gaskets

I’ve had the best luck with the old Victor/NAPA Metal core cork, but of course I can no longer get those.

Appears MAHLE is now the selling the old Victor gaskets, but I can’t find the part number for the ones I want.

So, anyone got any recommendations for FE valve cover gaskets that don’t suck?

i just replaced mine today and used some thick rubber ones I got at Napa. So far so good.

I used the rubber felpro ones when I redid my heads, and after 6 months or so now I can see a "ring" where oil has seeped past them. Also initially struggled to get them to seal. I plan on switching to the felpro cork, but am interested in the metal core ones as well.

I still have not found the metal core ones.

I got some Edelbrock and was unimpressed and sent them back.

Used FelPro cork gaskets with a little sealer on the cover side......2 years and no leaks.......used them on other vehicles for years without any problems........
