The front of the cab above the windshield is a common area that rusts out on our bump era trucks. He probably had one with a nice cab and needed that to stop the rust.
Or..we had a member here, (Dave in Florida) that made a chop top with his dent-thanks pohotbucket for stealing our documentation argh...) he only post once or twice a year. Came to one of our MNG's in Florida back years ago.
