.Thanks man; I swear it feels like I've looked forever. So long to where it seems like I may not know what I'm looking for but all I ever see here (GA) is longbeds and I don't get out enough to find any local guys with the love of these trucks (one major reason why I joined here) the bed you currently have is exactly what I've been looking for-

If want my 2cents, I'd keep the bed and continue getting that truck in good working order and then improve what u want to improve. In time you'll find a good affordable bed. I had to pass up a few good ones till I found this one at a good price.

That sucks about the leg, how did you manage to do it? About the worse bone injury I've had involve berber carpet and making a new joint in my little toe. Not nearly as interesting as what my oldest kid did to his hand with the snow blower last winter though...

Love the look of the truck, reminds me of the '80's wide tired stance. Just needs some L-60's on the back.

I hopped off the back of a golf cart at while at night and landed on it funny some how; and dislocated my ankle which spiral fractured my fibula. It was a rocky hill I didn't realize was so steep. Kind of a freak accident. It was terrible timing too. My wife was diagnosed with an illness that keeps her from working full time. But we're keeping the faith and things like finances are working out. God is good
