I think Old Blue was stuck in 4Low, not brake drums locked as I was told. Sat under a tree for many years, but one owner and low miles and things are progressing well as I've got her running and cleaned up. Divorced t-case, lockout hubs. Finally had time to crawl under and play with t-case, and not sure what I found. Both plungers were all the way in, as if in 4low? Sprayed a little pb blaster and pried gently, tapped gently and got everything to start moving again. Got the front driveshaft to turn freely. Truck runs nice, and when i start moving, will go about 10-15 ft then a "clunk in tcase or front end, but keeps moving. I've crawled back and forth and tried every position I can find with the 2 plungers and get it to not clunk. Some spots the front driveshaft locks up (4x4 obviously)but no neutral. Can someone take a pic of their tcase where the 2 plungers are and show me where it should be for 2high?
Thanks ya'll
