I picked up this 1970 F250 Camper Special about a month ago:
It has a 390 with a T18 behind it and 4.10 gearing. It's pretty much all original except for a few items (mirror, radio).
I'm going to keep the patina, but I will clean it up, get 16" steel wheels, paint the 16" wheels black, and run some original style dog dish hubcaps.
The rear bumper will be painted black or the original silver/grey color. The grill inserts will eventually get replaced.
