Picked up some seats from the local LKQ.... 02 Lincoln LS, leather, heated power loaded... For a whopping $62... (plus an additional $54 for a replacement seat module for the driver's side)

Thanks, I've "tacked" up a idea for the mounts on the pass side, but I have finalized anything yet. I am attempting to use the original locations where possible.

I've been slowly coating parts....

Sweet, I wonder if the cobra handles better than the mn12, I hear stock arm bushings have wheel hop or something with big HP. Did you ever look at manifold options for the 4.6, like stock or headers? Only long tubes I saw might be the 03 cobras. Kinda a crap shoot.

I think the Cobra IRS will handle better, but same as the MN12, in stock form has wheel hop issues. It's not a problem for me as I am replacing/making delrin bushings for it. I did a buddy of mine's IRS in his "Terminated" Bullitt and he's well over 500 HP and has zero wheel hop issues after I made the bushings for his.

Yeah, little options for manifolds/headers, at least on the "affordable" side. I currently have 04 Cobra manifolds, but I am buying a Tig, and may just weld up some stainless headers myself.

Been a while since I've updated, Not much more finished. Just been too busy to get to it. Anyway, I did managed to roll it out today, give it a quick bath and snap some pics of the current state of the IRS.





Making my own set of Delrin bushings for the control arms. Pass side done.

Thanks. This is my second install of a Cobra IRS. I also have it in my SVO. That one is all stock, other than gearing. The truck is getting all delrin bushings, coil overs..
