two 240 engines and one 3 speed transmission for sale

I have two running 240 engines. One was pulled from a friend's V8 swap and had a leaking rear seal. The other is still in the truck, running well (does burn some oil) and attached to the 3 speed. I am located in Durham, NC. I am asking $350 for everything, but am negotiable and also willing to split them up to a good home!

The 240 with the bad rear main is spoken for. I still have the running 240 attached to the 3spd manual. $200 for the pair!

So the guy only wanted the head off the second engine to put on his EFI 300. I have a full rotating assembly and block for sale if anyone needs....very cheap, just so it won't get scrapped.
