Finally, hood back on truck
Thought i would post pics ( before and after ) of the work i done on hood. This darn hood took me all summer Finally it is back on truck I still got to cut and buff the hood but i may wait till next spring to do it. I had to replace a good bit of metal that was on the passenger side over where the battery goes and a little on driver side. I was worried about the fit between the fender and hood but it turned out great. Have a couple of small dents that i missed but i can live with it.Sanding and prepping the bottom side of hood was not easy. If i had the funds i would have taken it to get sand blasted but what the heck i have slave driven myself on rest of the truck why not tackle the hood.
