This is the frame rail mounted spare tire carrier for a 67-72 F250. It has a wider "tang" or flap in the center to accept the wider hub hole in F250 rims. These are a lot harder to find than the standard F100 tire spare tire carrier with the narrow tang.

This one is completely straight, has just surface rust (California truck) and includes the very hard to find factory looped bolt. The threads need some cleaning up as some dope (not me) had cross threaded it a little in the past, but it's easily fixed. The bolt is looped at the end so you can slip the factory lug wrench through the hole to turn it. It doesn't come with the cage nut, but your truck probably has that or you can easily make one up.
$125 NOT including shipping. Ships from 92037. Approx dimensions 40x6x6 and feels like about 4 or 5lbs.

PM sent.
If common sense was really common, wouldn't everybody be using it?
