That is a heck of a price. I paid more for mine without bed on it 3 years ago, and prices have gone up since then. Its got good rear door panels and the drivers side rear door looks good too. I also see the hard to come by rear inner door latch pieces and if that has the crew cab headliner as well, you have some hard to come by parts included. You should have no problem selling that for that price!

Thanks for positive words; I think the price is fair, too. And yes, ALL the hard to find parts are there. That's the only reason I took a chance on it originally, in spite of the fact that it needs work. Plus, the guy who sold it to me has another crew cab that he's parting out - I'd be glad to put the buyer of this one in contact with him. The parts one is a '70 and it is very rough, but I was going to go back and grab the rear doors because they, too, are complete with glass. Never can have enough rear door glass for these cabs, right? I really don't want to sell this truck but I am without a reliable, running truck right now and it's killing me (although....I went to look at a '69 F-250 yesterday for a great price that I think I'm going to pick up - super clean and super original. Just how I like them!)

The glass itself is the same as the front windows, so the glass is no big deal. But the rear window regulators from inside the door are very rare and were created for crew cabs only. And the doors are hard to come by. If I was close, I would grab the rear doors and innards off that other crew and put them in storage! Other than the rear headliner, the only parts on a crew that are super rare are the rear doors and most everything attached to them. Oh well, hopefully someone will save them.

Hell.. I would actually take the entire cab as I never find these being parted out. Then I could proceed with my dream of someday building a bumpside rat rod like this:

I had no idea that the rear door glass was the same; I was under the impression that's somehow "shorter" because...well, the rear doors kind of look smaller, in general. I knew that the window regulators for the rear doors were unique, though. I think that grabbing that extra set of rear doors I mentiobed would definitely be a necessity, just to hold onto for parts.

The glass is identical. The rear doors are smaller because of the absence of the wing windows. But they use the same windows as the front.

The wing windows - right! Forgot all about that. That makes perfect sense, then. I still plan on trying my hardest to never damage the glass if I don't have to! The one thing that I had to poach from that '70 parts crew that the '69 was missing was the slide out bumper for the rear - the '69 had no bumper on it, but did have the receivers on the frame for the slide out bumper. Did all crews come with that slide out bumper? And, if so, does that mean that they all had the spare tire stored in the bed? Mine has the mount in the bed for the spare tire.

That crew is very familiar I seen it on multiple sites. Sucks you can't fix it up but someone will. Has great potential how's the roofline on it? Not all crew cabs had the slide out bumper mine had a regular bumper and the spare mounted under the bed.

If it looks familiar it's because it was on ebay in November - that's how I found out about it. The guy was local so he ended the auction early and sold it to me. Roofline is great; the front of the roof was dented/caved in a little bit - like something was dropped on it? - but I was able to pop it back out with very little effort. It will require only a little bit of filler to completely fix. I kind of figured the slid out bumper was an option. If I didn't need a running, driving truck I would hold onto this one for sure.
