390 project engine - Silverdale WA

Post by OldBlue67 »

I'm looking to sell the engine out of my truck. It was in need of work when I parked it a couple years ago, but if nothing else it's got some good parts. Forgive me if this post is a little vague, apparently I've forgotten more than I remember about my poor old truck, but I'm sure I can find details or figure them out for you  This engine had some serious power going down the road, but I want to get this truck back on the road with something that is a little more of a gas sipper...well as far as FEs go

I was told that this is a .10 over 390, however I don't think I ever measured it myself to confirm this. Has stickers from "Earl's Speed and Machine Racing Engines" but I can't find any info on the shop to see if they have any details on the engine. I'll include with it the Edelbrock carb, K&N airfilter, and electronic ignition (it's a nice name brand, but heck if I can remember it  )

Make me an offer :D I'd also be interested in a trade/partial trade for a running, non-glamorous 352

Bumping this back up ("bumping" har har  ) Hoping to get this project going asap. I'll part it out if need be.

And yes the engine needs work, it's been sitting for a couple years. One of those "ran when parked" situations :-/
