My theorem is to not have a deadline, just have small daily goals. That way it's moving forward and I ain't unhappy with myself.
I had my paint done by a friend who lives near Hanna Alberta (about 4 hours from you I'm guessing) He doesn't really have a business, it is just something he does on the side in his spare time. He works full time in the oilpatch so he only worked on mine in his days off.....so he had it for almost 2 years. If you're interested (and patient) I can ask him if he wants to take on another one.....he isn't cheap, but nobody in Alberta is. I think if I did another one I would buy it stateside and have all the work done down there too. I'm going to have a small fortune into mine, but it will be awesome, so who cares!youngone wrote:Looks real nice. I love the color. I am working on a red 1970 that my dad bought new. I also have another that I want to start on but its a 72 with hardly any rust. I got that one from Lethbridge.
Where did you get the paint and body work form? I live near Edmonton. Alberta Beach actually, I need someone to do some body work and paint. I have 4 parts trucks to pick from.
