Struts are done. Should be able to grab the hardware for them tomorrow.

PM me with your information (Name, Address) to claim yours, I'll give you my paypal email, and once I receive $75 I'll get the strut "kit" on its way!

I was asked to leave one unpainted

I took each strut assembly and bolted it in my highboy to be sure they are all ready to rock. Here is mine bolted in for good.

Does it have a rubber piece on the transfercase side? And does it make a noticeable change while taking off or pulling?

Koch68, Check out the pictures on the first page. they show the rubber piece. It's a thick, 4"x4" piece of rubber drilled and sandwiched between the two plates. This is just to avoid solid mounting the t-case, defeating the purpose of the rubber mounts that the t-case hangs on. As for a noticeable change... that depends on a lot of things. A lot of guys have complained on here and elsewhere about the transfercase lugging while mainly pulling. It's not going to move with a strut holding it in place though, that's for sure. Think of it like traction bars on a leaf spring truck. Some people notice wicked amounts of axle wrap, other people never notice it. Also depends on the exact setup. But with traction bars theres nothing to worry about and you know things that aren't supposed to be moving, aren't.

Looks very nice Ryan does the front plate create the seal with a gasket?? How does the rubber hold up under the torque for the cap??? Or does it even use the same bolts??? I know full of :?

Negative... The original bearing cap goes back on just like how it was (with a new gasket or gasket maker), then this assembly goes over that.
The rubber should have no problem holding up to the torque, it's a very firm rubber and is sandwiched pretty good in there. If anything it may be too solid allowing for some vibration, but the rubber mounts that the t-case mounts to are very solid from the factory as well.

Ten four... Just again trying to get and idea how much wiggle this thing has got to give. It's a fine line between making it not flex and eliminating vibration mounting. Seems like you got it right on.
