I have a perfect manual steering gear with pitman arm that I removed from my 69-F250 to add power steering. My truck is an original 27,000 mile show vehicle that my dad bought new, so it is not worn or beat up. It does need the pitman arm nut as I used that on the PS box.
Price is $50 plus shipping from Florida

I'm pretty sure this will not work on a 4X4. The shaft mounting is nothing like you've described. Sorry
