Squeaking Noise In Park/Neutral/Drive

I'm getting a chirping sound when I first start the truck in Park, and when it's in Neutral. It's louder when in Drive. But not at all when in Reverse. It sounds like it's metal-on-metal rubbing. I think the tranny (C6) is not mounted tightly at the rear cross member. Could it be that? Any other guesses?

By the way, I wasn't quite sure where to place this, so apologies if it's in the wrong place.

Joseph, does it go away after a short period?
Maybe check your starter bolts and battery cables as well as check the tranny fluid to start with.
