I am replacing my T18 with a toploader the t18 yoke is 31 spline and the toploader is a 28 spline does anyone know what i can use for a yoke as i did not get one with my toploader

I think that a yoke from a 303(the standard 3spd column shifted box) has the same joint size and proper spline count, also the T5 unit yoke should be compatable.

I reused my yoke from my 3 speed column shift with my 4 speed and it worked just fine. My trans was out of a small block '68 Mustang. A trans from a big block performance car may have the larger spline. Check out David Kee Toploaders for more trans info.
