Re: The F100 Supernationals M n G - Location!
Man! Sorry to hear that. I was looking for to meeting you. I got back about an hour ago. Had a great time hanging out with the guys and their girls. Pics were taken but doesn't look like anybody's gotten to putting them up yet.
Charlie, Jim, Jeff, Ryan: It was killer meeting you guys at last. Had a great time swapping stories with you guys and checking out your trucks. And Jeff and Ryan, it was a real pleasure meeting your ladies, and I do mean LADIES, today. It was my honor to meet you girls and I hope you make it next time. Guys, I had a blast and look forward to next year!
As for the show, it was awesome. It's a good thing I didn't bring any money with me 'cause there were quite a few people with bump parts for sale. Here's a teaser on some pics, the rest are in my photobucket http://s750.photobucket.com/albums/xx14 ... Supernats/ and my apologies for the fuzzy pic of the cool Effie with the dump bed. Can't see diddly in the viewscreen of these new cameras in the bright sunlight. Enjoy!

Re: The F100 Supernationals M n G - Photos!
Had a great time meeting everyone! Was a lot of fun to be able to just go around and leisurely check out the differences in the trucks there and gather general info on the members and their projects whether the trucks were present or not. Hoping we can get a better turnout next year. Am going to start getting better prepped for the next one. All they guys and gals that took pics....post 'em up. I'm catching hell from Miss Yvonne for not taking any...

Re: The F100 Supernationals M n G - Photos!
Just got back. I wish they would move this show back to Chilhowee Park in Knoxville, the Pigeon Forge location is terrible. You have to park half a mile away and walk up and down a hill to get there. May not be so bad if you're just there to look but I always check out the swap meet and it kind of puts a damper on buying anything remotely heavy knowing you have to tote it all the way back to the truck.

Re: The F100 Supernationals M n G - Photos!
Guys (and gals),
Sorry for the delay in posting, my weekend was a blur-it passed by way too fast! Our MNG turnout was a lot smaller than expected (we wound up with five members-and two of our ladies in attendance), but still just as awesome of a MNG as ever. Josh, my gps also tried to lead me astray trying to find Jim's shop-sorry we missed you.
My lady and I got there right at 10 AM with only seconds to spare-and had a trouble-free ride the 125 miles to the MNG. On the way home though was a totally different story, (after sitting on the side of the road for a few hours).
Left the MNG and hadn't gotten but about 5-10 miles South of Sevierville when I decided to stop by a roadside vegetable stand at my lady's request. Hopped back in the truck after a quick 10 minute stop to an engine that wouldn't start-(120 miles from home)! I troubleshooted for about an hour with no luck getting it started before calling TNIcewolf (Charlie) and a buddy of his who turned around and drove back quite a ways-to my rescue! I can maybe blame it on my olde eyes for not being able to see an arc shooting from the coil tower, shorting across to the 12V+ side of the coil-such a fine hairline crack barely visible on a performance coil that's not 6 months old! Tossed a spare coil on the truck-she fired right up and drove all the way home-trouble free! I still say my lady jinxed us from the start! Unknowingly...she had joked about "praying for us" prior to us leaving for the drive up on her FB page, (something about her riding in a Ford) LOL! My ol' trucks still growing on her I guess!
I'll try to slow down this afternoon and get the few pics uploaded that i took.
I have to give credit and thanks to the following:
SargentRS: Couldn't had organized the meet without you buddy!
Wrkjim: Couldn't have had a successful meet without your facilities, (shop)!
69f100: Congrats on winning the door prize, (farthest members drive)!
TNIcewolf: World of thanks for "bailing me out"-think I know how to partially pay you back-get me that pic when you can.
Thank you to all who showed-and agreed that we can only grow on what can now be called the 1st ever Fordification TN F-100 Supernationals MNG.

I would also like to thank Jim for the loan of his shop for the meet. Having a trouble free location and amenities made it an enjoyable visit. Thanks tons Jim! And big kudos to Charlie for bailing out our head organizer and good friend Jeff! This is just one more reason we love our trucks, an easy cheap fix and we're back on the road! And hats off to Jeff for being prepared with a spare coil...and water pump...and alternator...and points...and..... He wins the bumpology merit badge of the bump scout troop #1 for perserverance and preparedness!
