Decided to buy the truck in the present condition just to stay warm on the way home.
Choke needed to be on full time just to keep it running.

Not able to restore as of now; just looking to get it back up and running without modifying too much of the original parts.
Beat up body and engine but frame and running gear seems to be straight.
So far:
Rebuilt carb and alternator
New warn internal lock out hubs, distributor points and condensor.
New spark plugs, wires and starter solenoid.
Reconditioned the manual steering box and filled it back up with Gear oil. Works alot better and does not leak.
New seals on valve covers, oil pan, front and rear diffs.
New knuckle seals from my old CJ2 are the same size as the 8 bolt here.
