Nice find, I don't see many of them around anymore. Looks to be in good shape. Congrats on your find.

Thanks everyone, it really isn't as bad as it looks the only real bad areas are the top of the cab, which is where the original bondo from the factory welds and skim coat is coming off due to time and old age, and one rear door. the rest of the interior and floorboards are good. I have two CA rust free doors on the way via Greyhound, I'm ready to get this show on the road... lol.

Well I've been trying to commit to a color on my crew cab, So I finally did. I used the same color combination on my 70' Monte Carlo. Im gonna use the 1 1/2 inch moulding on the bump line to separate the colors and i'm gonna do white on bottom and Tyrol or Marina blue on top. I sprayed the inside of one of my doors to see how I liked it, It really pops in the sunlight! :D I'll post a couple of pics, minus the door panels.

My first round of blasting, Eastwood's Rust converter, and the first coat of POR 15. I'm pretty pleased with the results, it's the first time i've used either of the two. The POR sure takes a long time to dry though.
