1st one has wiring harness and white face gauges....I redid it when I was planning on using it for my truck

Just for clarification on those clusters for year application it should be noted that the first one is wired for the early 67 harness with the combined flasher unit and the second one is a '70 back housing. 67-69 cluster wiring will fit the first housing, though.
