Fed up with the roll bar... so it's getting **** caned, can't weld the way I want due to that line-x and I'm tired of waisting any more time with it!

Still waiting for some fittings to finish up the brake lines and some 4" exhaust pipe to clear the bellhousing.

Started working on wiring up this pig, the wiring kit is from EZ-wire...

Update....

I've been getting a little done here and there, but nothing major. With the economy the way it is, we decided to concentrate some funds towards the housing market. Unfortunately this all comes at the expense of working on the truck! :(

And with any new house comes new projects.... paint, floors, dog kennel etc.

If you sell your truck I think you should be banned from the site... Just Kidding, I understand how some things take priority. Good luck with everything and hope you can focus back on your truck very soon.

Ok, read up through page 24 and never heard what color you did the engine in? I like it a lot better than the black mine is. Looks almost like a Dodge color.

Wow, you are pretty much building my dream truck.

I have a couple questions, first off do you have any buyer tips for a guy that's hell bent on owning a classic crew cab ford? like where the hell do i find one???

Secondly, would you ever consider the 4BT for this truck or do you believe it's simply not enough engine for the truck?

I'm very interested in doing one with a 4BT myself but my goals may be completely different from yours, I don't plan on any smokey burnouts. i want just enough power to get out of it's own way and my main focus is fuel economy.

Awesome build man, seriously!!

Probably best to ask questions directly related to your own truck outside someone elses build thread. If you have questions regarding the capabilities and pitfalls of the 4BT I would be happy to answer questions for you. I have installed a few in 67-79 Fords and a couple dozen more in vehicles of all sorts.

We finally found a home and are in contract.... lots of things to do now with house projects. Hopefully they go well so I can get back to the truck soon.

Looks like a fantastic find.

I wonder if the neighbors have any sense of foreboding that TruckZilla is soon coming to rain down terror on their upscale imports?
