U could put a mild cam in it. A exhaust set up , and put like 3.00 gears in the rear it will give it a little horse power boost and the 3.00 gears will help with the RPM's. Good luck with the truck

Lysol in the spray version works wonders for the AC. Of course if you really want to get rid of it I could take it off your hands 
360's are low compression. The best bang for your buck upgrade is put a 390 crank and rods in it with the 360 pistons. It's then a car spec 390 and will run pretty good.
