9" Axle question

Post by 19agin »

On the schematics page, it shows washers on the Trac Lok housing, but not on the Single speed housing, where the third member bolts to the axle housing. Are they not supposed to be present on a non trac lok axle? Or is it a schematic oversight? :?

the regular non traclock rear ends have copper washers before the nut goes onto the stud. is that what you meant?

Yes. Someone had told me that, but when I looked on the schematic, I either didn't see them, or they weren't there. So if I do have to have these washers, are they available from the parts stores?
