how are bumpside front springs/hangers different from dent's

Anyone know the difference between a bumpsides front springs/hangers/shackles and a dentsides same parts?

Ryan, they are a bit different, but IIRC the spring dimensions are the same. I've got a 78 F250 4X4 that I can take some pics for you a little later today after it gets light outside.
