just get some used springs from another 67-72 and cut the eyelets off of them and use that to stack them under your other leafs.

Another option is to have your existing leaf springs re-arched by any company that specializes in that line of work. My rough guess is you'll probably have about $400.00 in cost plus the truck won't ride like the axle housings are welded to the frame.

Your F250 doesn't have a 4" lift. It just sits higher than a stock F-100 4x4 or 2wd bump.

The skyjacker springs ride pretty good to me. A lot better than the light duty 5 leaf front springs most highboys came with.

4" lift highboy springs don't have tons of arch, they ride great. Stacking two sets of stock lift springs is not going to be a good result.

Ya so looks like about a grand for a 4" lift kit from skyjacker. Rearching is actualy more expensive than buying a new set unfortunately because of the labor and machine cost, but also the new liners, bushings and shipping costs :/ Anyway, thanks guys for all the feedback! Sucks having a highschool budget when I want to do things the right way

According the the list covering 48-79, F-250 4x4s ran 2 1/4" rear springs from 59-77. However, ALL F-100/150s and F-250 4x2s switched to 3" in 72.

To switch to 3" leafs on our early trucks, we need a pair of these http://broncograveyard.com/bronco/i-232 ... -leaf.html Need to relocate and install a pair of these: http://broncograveyard.com/bronco/i-232 ... -rear.html Since the long end of the springs is 31 1/2" instead of 28" on F100s.
