Just a quick question, did these truck come in all trim levels? Talking about a 72 model.

I've seen a '72 Camper Special Ranger XLT that was probably the most top-of-the line Ford p/u you could get in '72...It had the full Ranger interior package as well as body trim,factory stereo,390,a/c,etc...I think I've seen them on eBay as a Sport Custom model...Not sure about the Explorer package.....

Yep! All trim levels from Custom to XLT in F250/350 pickups and chassis-cabs.
Speaking of Explorers, I once looked at a '69 Explorer Camper Special. Very sharp but he wanted too much money.
