Very nice truck :rock: . Looking forward to seeing it finished. Maybe I missed it, but did you paint it your self?
68 F-250 CS, 360 or 390?, still haven't measured the stroke, AUTO running on propane!

Friend of my dads, painted the truck. He painted dads 62 T-Bird 15 years ago,still looks good today. Bob's very fussy about his work.

Any new updates? I horrible with pics any projects. I never do it until I'm finished, but I do like to watch others update their projects. I'll make it next years reaolution to start puting pics up :roll: .

Got back at the truck this week.Put relay in for cab lights and lights for after market gauges.

Raining again.Time to work on truck.Put the headliner and sun visors back in. Got the liner and visors recovered.

Finished wiring the truck this afternoon. This is the stuff that takes along time doing.I was all afternoon putting in new heater control cables the other day. :o Put new voltage reg. on instrument panel and new sender unit in gas tank,hope the gauge works now. Put the factory AM radio back in, not to many stations to listen to any more. Trying to keep the truck original looking.

Looking good. I hope to have mine in as good of shape as yours one day. Lots of work but a labor of love!

Ordered new dash pad from Dennis Carpenter,very happy with the fit. I've been really happy with the quality and fit of the parts from them.Window,door seals,door handles, hood letters,hood reflectors and many more parts.

Put transmission lines on.With the headers on the truck,even if I run them up the frame I was afraid of the heat from the header.There is not much room between the header and frame.So I cheated and ran them up under the pan.

That was a good call on the trans lines. Was there enough clearance that the flex in the trans mount wont smash them?

Very good day. Fired up the motor for the very first time.Sounded very good and strong. :D Ran the motor at 2000rpm for 20 min. to break in the cam.
