C4 trans leak

C4 trans leak
1969 240 with c4 trans leak, looks like it's coming from a line of some sort on the drivers side about 3 or 4 inches above the pan. It's a small line that comes out of the side of trans and curves down? It's leaking pretty bad and I have no idea the purpose of it or how to possibly cap it off. I can't upload pics from my iPhone to this site but I can text pics to anyone with helpful info.. Thanks fordification

i woul dnot plug it. it could be the overfill tube. and if the trans is overfilled or gets too hot. it gives the fluid a place to go.
