I've raced in Ridgecrest, Barstow, Lucerne, and Parker. Most often were out playing in Barstow near SlashX, but my personal preference is Lucerne Valley.

Hay there Tim, i am a new guy here as well, yet i have been poaching info from this site for some time. I to am a desert racer from so cal and am currently getting ready for a full class 8 build in my garage right here Los angeles. the truck i am starting with is a 69 f100, all i have left is the cab and the frame rails.
The future of this truck will include equel length custom i beam set up and radius arms, coil over and bypass shocks, stroked 460 o 513, turbo 400 trans, dirt tech rear housing,5.0 10" gears , full floater. cone hubs front and rear, dirt tech trailing arms, you get the picture, its gonna be a monster, and a fun build.
