swap 3 speed for N.P 435 on a 352?

Have a 67 shortbed with a 352. Thinking about a transmission swap. Will a NP435 four speed bolt up to the bell housing for 3 speed? Need to modify driveline?

yes it will botl to that bell housing. yes you will probably need to modify the driveshaft.
