carrier bearing removal

how do you remove the carrier bearing off of the drive shaft and install the new one, i need help i have never replaced this part before.

its pressed on. others have beat them off and back on. others haveheated the bearing and froze the shaft to get tehm on and off.

ok well how do you hook on to it to press it off

my dad has two plates with curve cut out of them. we put that under the bearing. and then used the press to press the shaft out of the bearing. alot of places you can buy the bearign from will install it for you.
