Took these two today, I really like both of them. I think she looks good for 42 years old with no restoration.

This is my highboy as it sits now, Ive blasted and painted the frame, inner fenders and radiator support. The engine i found here on fordification from a member that made a video back in november so could hear it run, "you might be a redneck if you start a engine in a tire" in the video section. the drivetrains got new u-joints and seals and has been blasted and painted too. hoping to paint the truck this summer and get it back on the raod and enjoy it a little after the leveling kit is installed :D

you got 16 mpg with a 390. That sounds pretty good to me. Nice breakage never seen one break there before.

it was a nice break the location could have been better though, it's a 360 and it runs allot better than I thought it did. I was going to rebuild it to a 390 but after this last trip I'll just leave it alone. Oh and the the fuel pump I got was for my year it has a big fter at the bottom anyway the truck runs way better now specially at idle, I think the old one was for a 73 is there a diff in how much fuel they put out?

Too bad the racer has a broken leg in the picture, and the highboy has the unpainted hood. Don't worry I'll be taking this same picture once a month I'm sure lol

I was being a little rough with the trucky

30mph going into unsuspected rollers in the middle of a straight section in the desert. Hit the first roller, start thinking about how the next few will hurt. Come down on the second, almost bottom out front end, rebound and droop suspension... come down on third roller, totally bottom out front end (meanwhile, breaking shock off, bending shock, steering and i-beam), rebound, front tend up in the air, come back down, bottom out again.
That's how. lol
