is it possible to get some lift by flipping the I beams on a 2wd?
1989 dodge b250 van, 239 v6 blown a904 tranny RIP
1968 ford f100 lwb l6 240 c6 tranny

if i remember right someone said it wouldnt work flipping them. thats all i know.

I would think all the steering and brake lines be upside down and the springs wouldn't have anything to mount to.

Camber would be way off

it rubs or just wont fit is what i think i remember reading about. plus the camber issue. if it would go on. larger springs would do the job. or some sort of spring spacers of some sort.

I have seen pictures of this done in another forum board, I cant really remember what they did to make it work but they got it going. I remember that they swapped some parts right to left, and they did have some camber issue's but it worked for them.
67 Highboy with 427FE 79 dana 60 front dana 70 rear 13" of lift 38" swampers. 72 F100 2wd short bed 302 toploader 4speed. 71 F100 shortbed 4x4 rust bucket. 68 F100 2wd long bed parts truck no rust.
