any pics of stepside 4x4's out there ???????????
i am getting a short stepside bed today .i also have the short wide bed for my project ,thought about painting both beds with the truck that way i could switch them out ocassionaly for a different look . only takes an hour or so to switch a bed out that has new bolts in it . but i would like to see some pics of a 4x4 with a stepside bed , dont see a lot of them around .not real sure how a stepside will look on a 4x4 . would like to leave my side moulding chrome on my truck .but that might not look right with a stepside bed . any input or pics ????????????

It was a nice driver, I say was because at this time it is down to a complete disassembly. It will be refinished to show quality.
In fact the bed floor had been replaced with 1/4" plate welded to the sides. In order to bring the floor back to original oak we will
be replacing most of the bed. It will have the gas tank modified to rear,A/c, p/s, 4 wheel disc brakes. The wheels will be replaced with 16x8 aluminum outlaws.
Modified 302 with serpentine drive system.
I will post more images as the restoration progresses.
Thank you for your comments.
