looks good but id be worried about a$$ holes riping those wires out.

i forgot to mention that those aren't the permanent wires. we had an old 50' extention cord that was used and the wires will have a strap across them so they can't be pulled out.

Looks good to me, Do you need a 67 ignition switch with key? Might be able to get you door locks too. Let me know, Keep up the good work.

they have settled a little but not a whole lot. i've gained about 2 inches of height

well, turns out when you put more than a couple gallons of gas in, the hesitation almost completley goes away. :doh:

Hey man good looking truck, and it cleaned up nice to. But I do have to say I liked the 67 grill the best.
67 Highboy with 427FE 79 dana 60 front dana 70 rear 13" of lift 38" swampers. 72 F100 2wd short bed 302 toploader 4speed. 71 F100 shortbed 4x4 rust bucket. 68 F100 2wd long bed parts truck no rust.

i was surprised on how well the pain buffed out. i imagine it hasn't seen much percipitation though. the last time it got inspected was '88. the 67' has a good looking grille i agree, but i like the 68-69 better because of the bold center bar. that and i had already painted the one that is on there for another truck.

narrowed it down to a faulty/missing accelorator pump spring. we rigged up an external one and it's running real smooth
